Aram Serhad, birth name Gökhan Sevinç (born 27 September 1990 in Sarıgöl, Turkey), is a Kurdish-Turkish singer, songwriter and composer.

Aram Serhad, whose real name is Gökhan Sevinç, was born 27 September 1990 in Sarıgöl district of Manisa province into a Kurdish family migrated from Bulanık district of Muş province, eastern Anatolia.

His family had to migrate tp Manisa due to the Kurdistan Workers' Party insurgency events in the late 80s.

At younger age, Sevinç was a member of a Manisa dance club for 2 years and worked as a bucket operator for around 5 years, while he continued to sing Kurdish songs.

Later, he settled to Istanbul with his father.

Sevinç often perfomed as an street musician.

One night, while he was performing in Istanbul on an local street, he was beaten badly by a group of Turkish nationalists.

Reason that he stopped playing music for months.

2014

In 2014, he released his first professional album called Tê nedî/Çavşîn.

He was firstly known with the release of this Album, and was able to build a community.

2015

In December 2015, he was arrested by Turkish police because of an pro-PKK speech on stage and singing kurdish seperatistic songs during Newroz, 2013 in Diyarbakır.

He was released after a few days.

2019

Then in 2019, he released his second album called Rê.

Also 2019, he founded a music label called Aram Records.

Sevinç has performed concerts in many places in Turkey, and Europe.
