Surryavanshi was born Anand Suryavanshi on 15 December 1975 in India.
He married Ira in 2000 and the couple had a daughter.
Surryavanshi made his television debut with Ekta Kapoor's series Kkusum in 2001.
He appeared in two episodes of Krishna Arjun.
