Aditi Saigal is the daughter of Shena Gamat and Amit Saigal.
Her mother is a Delhi-based theatre artist and actor and has worked in movies like Band Baaja Baraat and Dev.D.
Her father was affectionately known as Papa Rock in India's rock music community, who was a rock musician and the founder of India's first rock magazine, Rock Street Journal.
Her parents mutually divorced in 2006.
