Alan Frei studied Finance and Sinology at the University of Zurich (UZH) and at the University in Nanjing, China.

He founded several companies, including Nachilfeportal.de.

2014

In 2014, he co-founded Amorana, of which he sold a majority stake to the Lovehoney Group in 2020.

He founded the start-up Center at the University of Zurich.

Post-Amorana, Frei founded the Alan Frei Company.
