She is known for playing Sketch in Skins, Esme Shelby in Peaky Blinders, Sophie in Detectorists, Abi in Loaded, and Shirley Dander in Slow Horses.

She also had a starring voice role as Mio in the English dub of Xenoblade Chronicles 3, and also played the role of major character Ranni the Witch in Elden Ring.

She attended Ysgol Gymraeg Casnewydd (Newport Welsh medium primary school) and Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw (Torfaen Welsh medium High School).
